分布式光伏发电项目在城区既有建筑中的建设流程及难点分析

摘　　要：分布式光伏发电以可就地消纳、不占用基本农田与建设用地等优势得到越来越广泛的应用。国家相关部委针对分布式光伏发电项目建设给予的政策支持,为新能源在“十四五”期间的高质量发展提供了有力支撑。随着分布式光伏发电项目在工商业园区、整县推进中得到的长足发展,此类项目在城区建筑中的推广应用成为各方关注焦点。以分布式光伏发电项目在武汉城区既有建筑中的建设为例,结合武汉城区现有政策与并网验收要求,对分布式光伏发电项目在城区既有建筑的建设过程进行了分析,总结了此类项目在城区既有建筑建设时的难点,并提出相应的解决措施。以期该研究可为分布式光伏发电项目在城区既有建筑中的推广应用提供参考。Distributed PV power generation has been increasingly widely used due to its advantages of being able to be consumed on-site and not occupying basic farmland and construction land.The policy support provided by relevant national ministries and commissions for the construction of distributed PV power generation projects has provided strong support for the high-quality development of new energy during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.With the significant development of distributed PV power generation projects in industrial and commercial parks and throughout the county,the promotion and application of such projects in urban buildings has become a focus of attention.This paper takes the construction of distributed PV power generation projects in existing buildings in Wuhan urban area as an example,and combines the existing policies and grid connection acceptance requirements in Wuhan urban area to analyze the construction process of distributed PV power generation projects in existing buildings in the urban area,summarized the difficulties of such projects in the construction of existing buildings in cities,and proposed corresponding solutions.In the hope that this study can provide reference for the promotion and application of distributed PV power generation projects in existing urban buildings.
