摘  要:德余高速乌江特大桥桥位处江面宽、岸坡陡,对(203+450+203)m组合梁斜拉桥和计算跨径475 m上承式钢管混凝土拱桥2个桥型方案进行比选,最终采用景观好、造价低、易养护的上承式钢管混凝土拱桥。主桥拱轴线采用悬链线,拱轴系数2.2,矢高90 m,矢跨比1/5.278。主拱圈由两幅拱肋组成,单幅拱肋为四肢等宽变高桁架结构,腹杆为钢箱和H形截面,竖腹杆与拱轴线中心径向布置。拱上立柱为钢箱截面,与拱肋、桥面系钢梁刚接。桥面系为槽形钢箱梁+粗骨料活性粉末混凝土桥面板的连续组合结构。拱座为梯形结构,采用扩大基础,交界墩采用变截面薄壁墩。采用斜拉扣挂、缆索吊装安装主拱节段、立柱单元及主梁构件。结构静力、稳定性计算及拱座受力验算均满足设计要求。To accommodate the broad river and steep slopes at the two river banks,two options were presented and compared,including the composite girder cable-stayed bridge with three spans of 203,450 and 203 m and deck-type concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge with a calculated main span length of 475 m,and the latter was finally chosen for the purposes of better landscaping effect,low cost and easy future maintenance.Formed of two arch ribs,the catenary arch ring rises 90 m,creating an arch axis coefficient of 2.2 and a rise-to-span ratio of 1/5.278.A single arch rib that consists of variable-depth steel trusses splits into four legs downwards from the arch crown,with web members of box and H cross-sections.The vertical web members are radial to the arch axis center.The steel spandrel columns are of box cross-section,fixed with the arch ribs and the deck.The continuous deck system consists of steel trough girders overlaid by UHPC(with coarse aggregates,reactive powder concrete)slabs.The trapezoidal arch seats are supported on spread foundations,and the junction piers are thin-walled piers of variable cross-section.The arch segments,spandrel column elements and deck components were installed by a cable-stayed assembly system accompanied by a cable-way crane.The static and stability calculations and load bearing capacity verification prove that the structure meets the design requirements.
