摘 要:京港高铁鳊鱼洲长江大桥北汊航道桥设计为双主跨140 m独塔预应力混凝土曲线梁斜拉桥,4线铁路整幅布置,客运专线和客货共线分别采用无砟、有砟轨道。大桥采用塔墩梁固结体系;主梁采用单箱六室预应力混凝土曲线箱梁,梁高4 m,主跨全宽32.5 m,边跨主梁因不设斜拉索,梁宽缩减为28 m;桥塔采用双柱式钢筋混凝土结构,上、下塔柱间设置1道半圆拱形横梁,主梁通过横梁与桥塔固结,上塔柱设置横桥向预偏,以抵消索力引起的塔柱横桥向往主梁曲线内侧产生的位移;全桥共设32对斜拉索,按竖琴式双索面布置在主跨;斜拉索采用标准抗拉强度1770 MPa的锌铝合金镀层平行钢丝;基础采用钻孔灌注桩基础。桥塔采用爬模施工,主梁分区段采用牵索挂篮悬臂浇筑和支架现浇施工。该桥设计验算和成桥荷载试验结果均满足要求。The north navigational channel bridge of Bianyuzhou Changjiang River Bridge carrying a section of the Beijing-Hong Kong High-speed Railway is a curved cable-stayed bridge with two equal main spans of 140 m.The four railway tracks are arranged on the same deck,where the ballastless tracks are placed for the passenger-dedicated lines and the ballast tracks are implemented for the multi-purpose lines(for both passenger dedicated and freight trains).The pylons,supported by bored pile foundations,are fixed with the piers and the deck.Consisting of six-cell prestressed concrete box girders that measures 4 m in depth,the superstructure in the main spans reaches 32.5 m wide,which narrows to 28 m in the side spans,in that there are no stay cables.The pylons are two-column reinforced concrete structures,and an arched cross beam is installed between the upper and lower pylon columns,via which the deck is fixed with the pylons.The upper pylon columns are purposely displaced a little bit along the bridge width to counterbalance the displacement of the pylon columns induced by the stay cable forces towards the inner side of the curved superstructure.The total 32 stay cables,which are composed of Zn-Al alloy coated parallel steel wires with a nominal tensile strength of 1770 MPa,are arranged in harp double cable planes.The pylons were constructed by climbing formwork.The superstructure was constructed by the combined utilization of the form travelers and scaffolds,depending on locations.The design checking and load tests after completion of the bridge proved that the mechanical property of the bridge meet the requirements.
