摘 要:文中以微污染河水为处理对象,以总磷、浊度、高锰酸盐指数等去除效果为参考指标,通过对磁粉、助凝剂、混凝剂投加量及pH值、沉淀时间、投加顺序等影响因素进行实验研究,最终确定了磁混凝技术处理微污染河水的最佳实验条件为:最佳混凝剂为三氯化铁,其最佳投加量为100 mg/L;磁粉最佳投加量为200 mg/L;助凝剂PAM最佳投加量为1.00 mg/L;最佳投加方式为同时投加三氯化铁、磁粉,以250 r/min的速度快速搅拌4 min,再投加PAM快速搅拌1 min,最后以80 r/min的速度慢速搅拌10 min;最佳pH值为6-8;最佳沉淀时间为15 min。In this paper,the micro-polluted river water is taken as the treatment object,and the removal effects of total phosphorus,turbidity,permanganate index,etc.of the river water before and after treatment are used as reference indicators.The influence factors such as precipitation time and dosing sequence were experimentally studied,and the optimal experimental conditions for the treatment of micro-polluted river water by magnetic coagulation technology were finally determined as follows:the optimal coagulant is ferric chloride,and the optimal dosing amount is 100 mg/L;the best dosage of magnetic powder is 200 mg/L;the best dosage of coagulation aid PAM is 1.00 mg/Lafter 4 min,add PAM to stir quickly(250 r/min)for 1 min and finally stir slowly(80r/min)for 10 min;the optimum pH value is 6-8;the optimum precipitation time is 15 min.
