摘  要:基于CO_(2)参与炼钢反应的热力学和动力学研究基础,开展了120 t转炉顶吹CO_(2)的工业应用,分析了转炉顶吹混掺不同比例CO_(2)对冶炼终点钢水P含量、碳氧积、钢渣FeO含量、转炉煤气和粗灰总量的影响。本研究共使用3种不同混气模式开展工业试验,其CO_(2)喷吹总量分别为98、203、290 m^(3)。工业试验结果表明,转炉冶炼过程中CO_(2)顶吹总量由98 m^(3)逐渐提高到290 m^(3),转炉终点钢水碳氧积、炉渣FeO含量和粗灰产量呈降低趋势,煤气回收量呈升高趋势,而脱磷率和煤气CO浓度变化趋势为先升高后降低。CO_(2)喷吹总量影响冶炼指标,当顶吹CO_(2)总量为290 m^(3)时,碳氧积降低1.15×10^(-4)、炉渣FeO质量分数降低3.03%,煤气量增加2.73 m^(3)/t、粗灰总量减少55.1 kg;当顶吹CO_(2)总量为203 m^(3)时,脱磷率提高2.89%、煤气中CO浓度提高2.43%。Based on the thermodynamic and kinetic research of CO_(2)participating in steelmaking reaction,the industrial application of 120 t converter top blowing CO_(2)was carried out,and the influence of different proportion of CO_(2)mixed in converter top blowing on end point P content,carbon oxygen equilibrium,steel slag FeO content,converter gas and coarse ash was analyzed.In this study,three different gas mixing modes were used to conduct industrial tests,and the total amount of CO_(2)injection was 98,203 and 290 m^(3)respectively.The industrial test results show that the total amount of CO_(2)top blowing in the converter smelting process gradually increases from 98 m^(3)to 290 m^(3).The carbon and oxygen equilibrium of molten steel at the end of converter,the content of FeO in slag and the production of coarse ash show a decreasing trend,the gas recovery shows a rising trend,and the change trend of dephosphorization rate and gas CO concentration first increases and then decreases.The total amount of CO_(2)injection affects the smelting index.When the total amount of top blowing CO_(2)is 290 m^(3),the carbon oxygen equilibrium decreases by 1.15×10^(-4),the slag FeO mass fraction decreases by 3.03%,the gas volume increases by 2.73 m^(3)/t,and the total amount of coarse ash decreases by 55.1 kg.When the total amount of top blowing CO_(2)is 203 m^(3),the dephosphorization rate increases by 2.89%and the CO concentration in the gas increases by 2.43%.
