摘 要:转炉煤气是冶金工业中重要的二次能源。针对当前生产中存在回收煤气CO品位低、CO_(2)排量高等问题,介绍了一种在150 t转炉上试验的新工艺。该工艺通过在转炉汽化冷却烟道内喷吹煤粉,利用转炉煤气物理显热实现转炉煤气中CO_(2)还原转化,在降低转炉煤气回收过程中CO_(2)排放的同时,提升转炉煤气回收价值。工业试验分析了煤粉喷吹量对新工艺转化效果的影响,并以同炉型未实行新工艺的转炉作为对照组。结果表明,吨钢煤粉喷吹量6 kg/t时,转炉煤气中CO和H_(2)平均体积分数提高了28.53%、16.98%,CO_(2)平均体积分数下降了43.27%,O_(2)平均体积分数降低了45.07%,煤气平均回收时间延长了165 s,煤气平均吨钢回收量增加了43.05 m^(3)/t,煤气平均热值增加了1662 kJ/m^(3)。同时煤粉利用率高达93%,干法除尘系统未受到影响且达到排放标准,有效提升了转炉煤气的回收价值。因此,该工艺具备较广阔的应用前景。Converter gas is an important secondary energy source in the metallurgical industry.In response to the problems of low CO grade and high CO_(2)emission of recovered gas in current production,in this paper a new process tested on a 150 t converter is introduced,which uses the physical sensible heat of converter gas to achieve the reduction conversion of CO_(2)in converter gas by injecting pulverized coal in the converter vapor cooling flue,and improves the recovery value of converter gas while reducing CO_(2)emission in the process of converter gas recovery.The industrial test analyzed the effect of pulverized coal injecting on the conversion effect of the new process,and took the converter of the same furnace type without the new process as the control group.The results showed that the average volume fraction of CO and H 2 in converter gas increased by 28.53%and 16.98%,the average volume fraction of CO_(2)decreased by 43.27%,the average volume fraction of O_(2)decreased by 45.07%,the average recovery amount time of gas increased by 165 s,the average recovery of gas increased by 43.05 m^(3)/t,and the average calorific value of gas increased by 1662 kJ/m^(3)at a pulverized coal injecting rate of 6 kg per ton of steel.At the same time,the utilization rate of pulverized coal was up to 93%,the dry de-dusting system was not affected and met the emission standard,which effectively improved the recovery value of converter gas,so the process had a broad application prospect.
