摘  要:为解决聚氨酯丙烯酸酯抗污性能差的问题,将含端羟基的聚硅氧烷分子结构引入到由季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)制备的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的合成中,得到了一种可紫外光固化并具有抗污性能的有机硅改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯。有机硅改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的最佳合成条件:羟基与异氰酸基的摩尔比为1.2∶1,端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(HO—PDMS—OH)的质量分数为5%,催化剂二丁基二月桂酸锡(DBTDL)的质量分数为0.1%,阻聚剂对羟基苯甲醚(MEHQ)的质量分数为0.2%,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为3 h。对以其制备的UV固化涂膜进行了红外光谱(FT IR)和热重分析(TG)表征及性能测试,结果表明,该树脂制备的涂膜具有优良的抗污性能(较高接触角、较低滚动角以及良好的油墨(油性记号笔)收缩性)、吸水率低、硬度高、附着力好、热稳定佳等。To solve the problem of poor anti-fouling performance of polyurethane acrylate,the molecular structure of polysiloxane containing terminal hydroxyl has been introduced into the synthesis of polyurethane acrylate prepared from pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA)and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI).A UV-curable silicone-modified polyurethane acrylate with anti-fouling performance has been prepared.The best synthesis conditions of silicone-modified polyurethane acrylate were as follows:the molar ratio of the hydroxyl group to the isocyanate group was 1.2∶1,the mass fraction of hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane(HO—PDMS—OH)was 5%,the mass fraction of catalyst dibutyltin dilaurate(DBTDL)was 0.1%,and the mass fraction of polymerization inhibitor hydroquinone monomethyl ether(MEHQ)was 0.2%.The reaction temperature was 80℃,and the reaction time was 3 h.The UV-curable coatings prepared from these have been characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR)and thermogravimetry(TG),and the properties of the UV-curable coating have been investigated.The results showed that the coatings prepared by the resin possessed a good anti-fouling performance such as high contact angle,low sliding angle,low water absorption and excellent ink(oily marker)shrinkage,high hardness,good adhesion,and good thermal stability.
