摘 要:为了解河南地区规模化兔场腹泻家兔中大肠杆菌的感染和耐药状况,对从河南地区26家规模化兔场采集的104个腹泻病料进行病原菌的分离培养。通过菌落形态观察,革兰染色镜检,生化反应鉴定,PCR鉴定和序列对比分析等方式确定细菌的种类,同时对从不同病料分离出的大肠杆菌进行药物敏感性试验。结果显示,从104个腹泻病料中分离出了72株大肠杆菌,感染率为69.2%。药敏结果显示,分离到的大肠杆菌菌株对红霉素、庆大霉素、新霉素、四环素、多西环素、多粘菌素B、复方新诺明、卡那霉素、丁胺卡那、环丙沙星、氨苄西林、头孢哌酮、诺氟沙星、痢特灵、氟苯尼考和恩诺沙星等16种抗生素均有不同程度的耐药性,其中对多粘菌素B最为敏感,耐药率仅为2.8%,对复方新诺明完全耐药,对其他14种抗生素耐药性分别为22.2%~94.4%。本研究表明,在所调查兔场,发生腹泻病的家兔中具有较高的大肠杆菌感染率,并且菌株具有普遍的耐药性。研究结果为河南地区家兔大肠杆菌病的防治和临床用药提供了理论参考。In order to understand the infection and drug resistance of Escherichia coli in diarrhea rab-bits in large scale rabbit farms in Henan Area,104 diarthea materials cllcted from 26 standardized rabbit farms in Henan Area were isolated and cultured.The types of bacteria were determined by colony mor-phology observation,Gram staining microscopy,biochemical reaction and PCR identification and sequence comparative analysis.At the same time,the drug sensitivity of Escherichia coli isolated from different dis-ease materials was tested.The results showed that 72 strains of Escherichia coli were isolated from 104 di-arrhea samples,and the infection rate was 69.2%.The results of drug sensitivity showed that the isolated strains of E.coli were resistant to 16 kinds of antibiotics,such as erythromycin,gentamicin,neomycin,.tetracycline,doxycycline,polymyxin B,compound sulfamethoxazole,kanamycin,amikacin,eiprofloxacin,ampillin,cefoperazone,norfloxacin,dysentery,florfenicol and enrofloxacin.Among them,they were most sensitive to polymyxin,with the drug resistance rate being only 2.8%,completely resistant to compound sulfamethoxazole,and the drug resistance rate to other 14 antibiotics were 22.2%~94.4%.This study showed that the rabbits with diarrhea have a high rate of E.coli infection in the investigated rabbit farm,and the strains are generally drug resistant.The results provide a theoretical reference for the pre-vention and treatment of E.coli disease and clinical medication in Henan Area.
