密闭漏缝地板羊舍的温湿参数变化规律

摘  要:该试验旨在研究冬春过渡季节漏缝地板密闭羊舍的温湿参数动态变化规律,采用温湿度记录仪对漏缝地板缝隙空间和上部空间的温湿度进行连续检测,同时利用热像仪对漏缝板条和墙体内外表面温度进行测定,试验周期1个月。结果表明:(1)从垂直空间看,地板漏缝空间与上部空间的日均温和日均湿度表现出显著性差异(P<0.01),漏缝空间较上部空间日均温度低2.91℃。从水平空间看,漏缝地板上部空间北部区域日均温较南部低1.04℃,漏缝空间处低0.80℃;地板上部空间东部区域日均温较西部高0.55℃,漏缝空间处高0.51℃。(2)漏缝塑料板条表面早晚温度均显著低于相邻混凝土实体地面温度(P<0.01),分别降低2.81℃(早)和1.90℃(晚),而中午的板条温度显著高于相邻地面温度(P<0.01),温差达2.87℃。(3)从墙体内、外表面温度看,中午的东墙均温显著高于两墙(P>0.05),而南、北墙温度各时段均表现为南墙高于北墙(P<0.01),最高温差达14.32℃。另外,早晚时段东、西墙内、外表面的下部温度高于中上部(P<0.01),而南、北墙内、外表温度则表现为下部低于中部或上部(P<0.01),可见,东西朝向舍利于舍内饲养区域的保温。该研究结果可为密闭漏缝地板舍的设计提供参考数据。The purpose of this experiment was to study the dynamic variation law of temperature(Ta)and relative humidity(RH)parameters in closed sheep house with slatted floor in winter-to-spring transition season.The Ta and RH in both gap space and upper space of slatted floor were continuously detected using temperature and humidity recorder,and the surface Ta of slats,inner and outer surface Ta of walls were also measured using thermal imager.The test period was one month.The results were as follows:(1)in terms of vertical space,there was a difference(P<0.01)in daily average Ta or RH between gap space and upper space of floor,and the Ta in gap was 2.91℃lower than that in upper space.From horizontal space,the daily average Ta in the upper and gap space of floor in the north was 1.04℃and 0.80℃lower than Ta in the south,respectively.The Ta in the upper and gap space of floor was 0.55℃and 0.51℃higher than that in the west,respectively.(2)The surface Ta of plastic slats was lower(P<0.01)than that of adjacent no-slatted concrete floor in the morning or evening,decreased by 2.81℃in the morning and 1.90℃in the evening,while the slat Ta at noon was higher(P<0.01)than that of adjacent concrete floor,with a temperature difference of 2.87℃.(3)From inner and outer surface Ta of walls,the everage Ta of east-wall was significantly higher than that of west-wall,while there was a difference(P<0.01)between Ta of south-and north-wall,showing that south-wall Ta was higher than the north-wall with a maximum Ta difference of 14.32℃.In addition,in the morning and evening,the lower Ta of inner and outer surfaces of east-or west-wall was higher(P<0.01)than middle and upper Ta.However,the inner and outer Ta of south-or north-wall were lower(P<0.01)than its middle or upper Ta.Thus,the east-west direction of sheep house could contribute to thermal insulation of feeding area.The results would provide reference data for design of closed-house with slatted floor.
