摘 要:以某RV摆线针轮为例,采用“负等距+正移距”的修形方法,以初始间隙最小为条件分析不同径向间隙下修形摆线针轮的最大接触应力和最大接触刚度,研究承载力系数随径向间隙变化的规律。研究结果表明:当径向间隙在0.01~0.02 mm,摆线针轮的承载能力系数随径向间隙的增大而减小;当径向间隙在0.02~0.08 mm,摆线针轮的承载能力系数随径向间隙的增大而增大。当径向间隙在0.07~0.08 mm,承载能力系数大于0,此时的摆线针轮承载能力最好。With an RV cycloidal pin gear as an example,the profile modification method of“negative equidistance+positive shift”was adopted.The bearing capacity of the modified cycloidal pin gear with different radial clearances was analyzed based on the minimum initial clearance,and the change law of the bearing capacity coefficient with radial clearance was studied.The experimental results show that when the radial clearance is in the range of 0.01-0.02 mm,the bearing capacity coefficient of the cycloidal pin gear decreases with the increase in radial clearance;when the radial clearance is in the range of 0.02-0.08 mm,the bearing capacity coefficient of the cycloidal pin gear increases with the increase in radial clearance.When the radial clearance varies from 0.07 to 0.08 mm,the bearing capacity coefficient is greater than 0,and the cycloidal pin gear has the best bearing capacity at this time.
