关于少商穴定位的探讨

摘　　要：本文通过手指和爪甲简介、《内经》和《甲乙经》之记载、手大指之“端”、“爪甲”和“爪甲角”、如“韭叶”和“与肉交者”、“白肉际”与“宛宛中”等方面,对少商穴的定位进行了探讨。认为“端”“爪甲上”“如韭叶”“与肉交者”以及“宛宛中”是定取少商穴之关键。少商穴位于手大指桡侧,甲上皮之中点水平延长线与桡侧甲侧襞之交处。提出了上下挤压拇指时,拇指桡侧会出现凹陷,为定取少商穴的取穴提供了简易方法。This article discusses the position of Lu 11 based on the introduction of finger and nail,the related records in the studies by Huang Di Nei Jing and Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing,the"edge"of the thumb,"nail and nail edge,"the relation between"leek leaves"and the"border of nail and flesh,"the"edge of white flesh,"and"depression."The current study posits that"edge,""nail,""leek leaves,""border of nail and flesh,"and"depression"are significant for locating Lu 11.The depression formed at the medial border of the thumb when the thumb nail is pressed helps locate Lu 11.
