云南彝族民间验方特色及继承发展浅谈

摘　　要：云南彝族医药既有中医学的内涵,又具有鲜明的民族特色和用药特点,是传统医学的一个组成部分。云南无量山区彝族民间流传的单验方很多都源自中医经典,注重“直取其病”的辨病论证,重视食疗,用药因地取材,治法灵活,并有独特的立夏旱(陷)脚疗法、妇女产期药浴法等,在很多疾病的治疗上显示出可靠的疗效,从一个侧面反应了我国民间验方的来源、特色及不足之处,值得进一步深入研究梳理。民间验方应纳入六经辨病、中西汇通体系,明确应用指征,使其应用进一步规范化、精准化,才能进一步发展流传。Yi medicine is part of traditional medicine.However,Yi medicine from Yunnan not only involves the elements of traditional Chinese medicine,but also has distinct ethnic and therapeutic characteristics.Many of the single tested formulations passed down among the Yi people in the Wuliang Mountain Area of Yunnan Province are derived from traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and emphasize disease differentiation and argumentation.Yi medicine attaches great importance to dietary therapy,with medications selected according to local conditions,flexible treatment methods,and unique therapies(e.g.,women’s prenatal medicine bath)which have shown reliable therapeutic effects in the treatment of many diseases.Yi medicine reflects the sources,characteristics,and shortcomings of folk remedies in China from one perspective and is worthy of further in-depth research and categorization.Folk formulas should be included in the Six Meridians for Disease Identification and the System of Integrating Chinese and Western Medicine,with clear indications for their application and further standardization and precision for further development and dissemination.
