赣南地区妇幼保健机构患者安全文化现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解赣南地区妇幼保健院的患者安全文化现状以及影响因素,为营造更好的患者安全文化提供依据。方法:在赣南地区选取8所妇幼保健院的医务人员发放中国妇幼保健机构患者安全文化测评量表,采用单因素及多元线性回归分析患者安全文化测评总得分及各维度得分。结果:共回收有效问卷354份。患者安全文化问卷总得分为(3.60±0.36)分,总体积极反应率为63.41%,“患者参与”“非惩罚性原则与危险预警”“个人工作状态”“团队沟通与合作”为优势区域,“人员配置”“预防保健服务”“提供方的自我防御行为”和“预防保健服务”为待改进区域。58.76%的医务人员在过去的12个月内从未上报过不良事件,患者安全等级正向评价率为62.99%。患者安全文化总得分及各维度得分的影响因素主要有岗位、日工作时长和医疗机构级别。结论:赣南地区妇幼保健机构的患者安全文化总体处于中等水平,在不良事件报告、人员配置和预防保健服务方面有待加强。Objective:To investigate the patient safety culture in maternal and child health institutions in Ganzhou to provide evidence of preventive strategies.Methods:Medical staffs from eight maternity and child health hospitals in Gannan were surveyed by a Chinese scale called the Patient Safety Culture Survey for Maternal and Child Health Institution(PSCS-MCHI).Univariate and multiple linear regression analyses were performed to investigate the associated factors for the total scores of PSCS-MCHI and scores of its dimensions.Results:A total of 354 valid questionnaires were collected.The patient safety culture questionnaire averaged(3.60±0.36)points,the overall positive response rate was 63.41%,and the positive evaluation rate of patient safety level was 62.99%.Patient involvement,non-puntive and danger warning,personal work status and team communication and cooperation were areas of strength.Staffing,defensive medical practice and preventive health care services were areas needing improving.A total of 58.76%of employees have never reported any adverse event in the past 12 months.The main risk factors for the scores of the scale and dimensions were position,daily work hours and institution level.Conclusion:The overall level of patient safety culture status of maternal and child health institutions in Gannan area was moderate.Adverse events report,staffing and preventive health care service need further improvement.
