摘　　要：目的:探讨口服药盒联合二维码宣教视频在肾脏内科患者口服给药中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年11月1日—11月30日住院期间服用口服药患者185例共服药684次为对照组,采用传统的口服药发药方法;2023年1月1日—1月31日住院期间服用口服药患者202例共服药722次为实验组,采用亚克力口服药盒联合二维码宣教视频方法。比较两组患者口服药护士看服到口落实率、相关知识知晓率和服药依从性。结果:实验组口服药护士看服到口落实率、口服药相关知识知晓率及服药依从性均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口服药盒联合二维码宣教视频能够提高口服药护士看服到口落实率、患者对口服药相关知识知晓率和服药依从性,提高临床用药安全。Objective:To explore the application effect of oral medicinebox combined with QR code education video in oral administration of patients in nephrology department.Methods:Patients who took oral medicine(a total of 684 times)during hospitalization from November 1,2022 to November 30,2022 were selected as the control group,and the traditional oral drug delivery method was used.Patients who took oral medicine(a total of 722 times)during hospitalization from January 1,2023 to January 31,2023 were selected as the experimental group,and the acrylic oral medication box combined with QR code education video method was used.The implementation rate of oral medication by nurses,awareness rate of related knowledge and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:Implementation of oral medication delivery by nurses,the awareness rate of oral drug-related knowledge and the medication compliance in the experimental group were all higher than that in the control group,all with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral medicine box combined with QR code education video can improve the implementation of oral medication by nurses from observation to oral administration,the awareness rate of oral medicine related knowledge and medication compliance of patients,and thus improve the safety of clinical medication.
