摘  要:目的:当行车线路上接触线存在硬点、弓网间接触力异常、弓网间发生燃弧等接触不良的状况时,其会影响地铁的正常运营。因此,需研究能够正确找出弓网间接触力异常的区段,以及定位接触线硬点在运营线路上位置的方法。方法:介绍了现有传感技术和MOMS(微光机系统)传感技术;提出一种基于MOMS传感技术的地铁弓网关系实时监测系统;分析了接触线存在硬点、弓网间接触力和弓网间燃弧现象的监测结果。结果及结论:当列车运行速度为80 km/h时,通过MOMS接触力传感器监测到的动态弓网接触力约为120 N±10 N;通过MOMS加速度传感器能够捕捉到接触线硬点对受电弓弓头的瞬时振动冲击,其垂向加速度由-200 g变为120g(g为重力加速度);通过弓网间相互作用的波动程度,可以间接评估弓网间的燃弧现象。Objective:Adverse conditions such as hard points on the overhead line of operating routes,abnormal PC(pantograph-catenary)contact force and PC arcing can affect metro normal operation.Therefore,it is necessary to study methods that can accurately identify sections with abnormal PC contact force and locate overhead line hard points along the operating route.Method:Existing sensing technology and MOMS(micro-opto-mechanical systems)sensing technology are introduced.A real-time monitoring system for metro PC relation based on MOMS sensing technology is proposed.Monitored results of overhead line hard points,PC contact force and PC arcing are analyzed.Result&Conclusion:When the train operating speed is 80 km/h,the dynamic PC contact force monitored by the MOMS contact force sensors is approximately 120 N±10 N.The MOMS accelerometers capture the instantaneous vibration impact on the pantograph head caused by overhead line hard points,with the vertical acceleration changing from-200 g to 120 g.The fluctuation level of the PC interaction can indirectly evaluate the occurrence of PC arcing.
