人工智能时代新财经人才培养的挑战与应对——基于教育内外部关系规律的视角

摘　　要：ChatGPT为人工智能技术按下加速键,科技领域不断迎来技术突破。新技术、新产业、新业态、新模式催生出新财经,引发了高等财经教育的深层次变革。从教育的外部关系规律来看,科技革命纵深发展,产业变革加速演进,社会治理迭代升级,新财经迎来新趋势,面临新需求,肩负新使命,人工智能引领的新一波发展浪潮为新财经赋予了新的内涵。从教育的内部关系规律来看,人工智能的发展对教育者、教育对象、教育载体等教育内部因素直接产生影响,为人才培养的实践带来新的挑战。为了更好地帮助学生学会学习、学会共处、学会做事、学会做人,高等财经院校应当通过优化培养过程,更新培养理念,创新培养机制,明确培养目标,形成高水平人才自主培养体系,为实现高等教育高质量发展作出新的贡献。ChatGPT accelerates artificial intelligence technology,continuously bringing technological breakthroughs to the field of science and technology.The emergence of new technologies,new industries,new business models,and new patterns has given birth to the new finance and economics,triggering a profound transformation in higher financial and economic education.From the perspective of the external relationship laws of education,as the technological revolution deepens,industrial transformation accelerates,and social governance iterates and upgrades,the new finance and economics has ushered in new trends,faced new demands,and shouldered new missions.The new wave of development led by artificial intelligence has given new finance and economics a new connotation.From the perspective of the internal relationship laws of education,the development of artificial intelligence directly affects educators,educational objects,educational carriers,and other internal factors of education,bringing new challenges to the practice of talent cultivation.In order to better help students learn to study,learn to coexist,learn to work,and learn to be a person,higher financial and economic universities should optimize the cultivation process,update the cultivation concepts,innovate the cultivation mechanisms,clarify the cultivation goals,and form a high-level talent independent cultivation system,so as to make new contributions to the realization of high-quality development in higher education.
