摘 要:金融科技专业是新财经教育改革的试点专业之一,该专业培养的学生能否理解金融科技范式转移的方向和热点,以及分析提升教育改革满意度的因素以便为下一步改革提供参考,是评价新财经人才培养质量的关键所在。人才培养质量评价流程的核心评价有两部分,一是评价内容,即以金融科技范式转移的关键词共词表为基础,将其中的高频关键词共词与新财经的发展维度进行交叉融合,从而提炼出金融科技人才培养质量的评价表;二是满意度影响因素,以教育部“严格教育教学管理”为框架,从学生的视角分析影响金融科技人才培养质量满意程度的教育教学因素。评价结果表明,河北经贸大学金融科技实验班的培养评价表的信度和效度有较好的统计学意义,可用于评价人才培养质量;新财经的总体满意度较高,学校课程质量等的改革达到预期效果,但也有社会实践等方面仍存在一些问题,需要进一步深化改革加以完善。The FinTech major is one of the pilot majors of the new finance and economics education reform.The key to evaluating the quality of talent training lies in whether the students of this major can understand the direction and hotspots of the shift of FinTech paradigm,as well as analyze the factors that enhance the satisfaction of education reform in order to provide references for the next step of reform.The core evaluation of the talent training quality evaluation process consists of two parts.First is the evaluation content,which is based on the co-word list of key words related to the paradigm shift in FinTech and cross-integrates the high-frequency co-words with the development dimensions of new finance and economics in order to extract the evaluation table for the quality of talent cultivation in FinTech.Second is the influencing factors of satisfaction,which analyzes the education and teaching factors affecting the satisfaction level of the quality of talent training in FinTech from the perspective of students,based on the framework of"strict education and teaching management"of the Ministry of Education.The evaluation results show that the reliability and validity of the cultivation evaluation table of the FinTech experimental class at Hebei University of Economics and Business have statistical significance and can be used to evaluate the quality of talent training.The overall satisfaction of new finance and economics is relatively high,and the reform of curriculum quality in the university has achieved the expected results,but there are still some problems in social practice,which need to be further deepened and improved.
