摘  要:本文介绍了一种用于自动化预装配及搬运主轮心和齿轮的装置,该装置主要由智能机械手、齿轮涂油装置、主轮心涂油装置和工业网络通信体系等组成。智能机械手采用先进的自主控制系统和高精度传感器,可实现快速、精准地搬运和预装配操作。齿轮涂油装置和主轮心涂油装置分别位于齿轮和主轮心的涂油位置,可有效保证装配质量和润滑效果。通过工业网络通信协同,该装置可实现主轮心和齿轮的自动化预装配及搬运作业,适用于多种工业应用领域,如机械制造、汽车制造。同时,该装置可实现高精度的预装配和高效的装配作业,提高生产效率和装配质量。This paper introduces a device for automated pre-assembly and handling of main wheel hubs and gears.The device is mainly composed of an intelligent robotic arm,a gear oiling device,a main wheel hub oiling device,and an industrial network communication system.The intelligent robotic arm adopts advanced autonomous control system and high-precision sensors,which can realize fast and accurate handling and pre-assembly operations.The gear oiling device and the main wheel hub oiling device are located at the oiling positions of the gear and main wheel hub,respectively,which can effectively ensure the assembly quality and lubrication effect.Through industrial network communication collaboration,the device can achieve automated pre-assembly and handling of main wheel hubs and gears,suitable for various industrial application fields,such as mechanical manufacturing and automotive manufacturing.At the same tinme,the device can achieve high-precision pre-assembly and efficient assembly operations,improving production efficiency and assembly quality.
