摘 要:为了提高传统砂轮磨削机床加工零件的表面精度,在传统砂轮磨削机床MG1420G上进行改进,将砂轮磨削工作台改为电化学磨削工作台,并增加电化学磨削控制系统。改进后的系统能实时监测加工间隙、电流大小。与传统的二级活塞杆外圆加工试验对比,该系统加工的质量和成品率均大幅提升。In order to improve the surface accuracy of parts processed by traditional grinding wheel machines,improvements have been made on the MG1420G grinding wheel machine.The grinding wheel workbench has been changed to an electrochemical grinding workbench,and an electrochemical grinding control system has been added.The improved system can monitor machining gaps and current levels in real-time.Compared with traditional secondary piston rod cylindrical machining experiments,the machining quality and yield of this system have been significantly improved.
