摘 要:为降低电力系统供电总成本,优化电力系统储能容量,本文以某高比例清洁能源并网为例,对电力系统的储能容量优化规划方法展开全面的设计与研究。根据系统供能过程中的转移调度方式,构建高比例清洁能源并网的电力系统储能模型;根据电力系统的储能需求,在综合考虑系统供电的灵活性、成本等因素的基础上,建立电力系统储能容量优化综合目标函数;约束函数中充放电功率参数,根据电力系统的剩余能量与充放电功率参数之间的关系,计算电力系统在整个运行周期内所需的储能容量,将计算结果作为优化后的储能容量值,完成优化规划方法的设计。以某地区大型新能源发电站为例,设计实例应用实验,实验结果证明,本文设计方法可以在系统放电供能过程中提高新能源负荷出力的同时,降低系统运行总成本。In order to reduce the total cost of power supply in the power system and optimize the energy storage capacity of the power system,a comprehensive design study was conducted on the optimization planning method of energy storage capacity in the power system,taking a high proportion of clean energy grid connection as an example.Construct a high proportion clean energy grid connected power system energy storage model based on the transfer scheduling method during the system energy supply process.Based on the energy storage requirements of the power system and considering factors such as flexibility and cost of power supply,a comprehensive objective function for optimizing the energy storage capacity of the power system is established.Constrain the charging and discharging power parameters in the function,calculate the required energy storage capacity of the power system throughout the entire operating cycle based on the relationship between the remaining energy of the power system and the charging and discharging power parameters,and use the calculation results as the optimized energy storage capacity value to complete the design of the optimization planning method.Taking a large-scale new energy power station in a certain region as an example,an application experiment will be designed.The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the output of new energy load during the system discharge and energy supply process,while reducing the total operating cost of the system.
