摘 要:超硬磨料有序排布电镀砂轮是指砂轮上的超硬磨料按照一定的规律排布,并通过电镀工艺制备成磨具。与传统电镀超硬磨料砂轮相比,超硬磨料有序排布电镀砂轮具有磨削力小、磨削温度低、磨料利用率高和磨削效率高等优点,在一些难加工材料复杂形面的磨削加工中应用广泛。本文综述了磨料有序排布电镀砂轮的基本原理、常用实现磨料有序排布方式的研究情况,以及各种电镀有序排布超硬磨料磨具制备技术近期的发展,并展望了其发展趋势。The ordered arrangement of superh ard abrasives on electroplating grinding wheels refers to the arrangement of superhard abrasives on the grinding wheel according to a certain pattern and the preparation of grinding tools through electroplating technology.Compared with traditional electroplated superhard abrasive wheels,the ordered arrangement of superhard abrasive wheels has the advantages of low grinding force,low grinding temperature,high abrasive utilization rate,and high grinding efficiency.It has a wide range of applications in the grinding of complex surfaces of difficult to machine materials.This paper summarizes the basic principle of electroplating abrasive wheels with ordered arrangement of abrasives,the research status of commonly used methods to achieve ordered arrangement of abrasives,and the recent development of various electroplating ordered arrangement superhard abrasive tool preparation technologies,and looks forward to their development trends.
