摘　　要：电力生产部门需要对变电站一次设备开展周期性停电检修或状态检修,检修时使用的大多仪器都需要外接220 V交流检修电源,但由于电源线轮的结构问题,连接在移动线轮上的电源线插头在移动过程中会扭曲缠绕打结,存在因电源线外绝缘损坏导致的触电风险,严重影响了工作效率。为此,本文研制了一种插座与转轮分离式辅助线轮收放线电源装置,用于防止线轮在收放线过程中电源线扭曲缠绕打结,提高工作效率,增强用电安全。Power-generating departments need to carry out periodic outage maintenance or condition maintenance on substation primary equipment.Most of the instruments used in maintenance need external 220 V AC maintenance power supply,but due to the structure of the power cord wheel,the power cord plug connected to the mobile cord wheel will be twisted and tangled in the process of moving knot,there is a risk of electric shock due to the damage of the power cord outer insulation,which seriously affects the efficiency of the work.Therefore,this paper develops a new extension cord reel with separate wheel and sockets,whose sockets can keep stationary,which is used to prevent the power cord from twisting and tangling and knotting during the take-up and payoff process of the power cord wheel,and to improve the working efficiency,enhance the electric safety.
