摘 要:带式输送机的接头硫化过程较为复杂,在实际硫化时易出现硫化加热不均匀、加热时间长的问题,这些问题严重影响了接头硫化的质量,为此,本文提出了一种电磁感应加热的胶带接头硫化方法,采用计算机数值模拟与试验相结合的方法研究了接头硫化性能,并利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件搭建了接头硫化物理模型进行仿真研究。结果表明,当电流大小控制在12 A,工作频率设定为13000 Hz时,加热板能在最短时间内达到硫化温度,并且其温度差会保持在许可范围内,以实现最佳的加热性能。The complicated process of the belt conveyor,it is very easy to cause uneven heating and long heating time,and these problems seriously affect the quality of the joint.So this paper puts forward a vulcanization method for electromagnetic induction heating.The method of computer numerical simulation and test has studied the vulcanization performance of the joint using COMSOL Multiphysics software.The results show that when the current is controlled at 12A and the working frequency is set at 13000 Hz,the heating plate can reach the vulcanization temperature in the shortest time and its temperature difference will be constant within the permissible range to achieve the best heating performance.
