摘 要:针对因矿井提升机钢丝绳振动而引起的罐笼运行平稳性差、张力突变易断裂问题,本文在分析钢丝绳结构的基础上,研究了提升机钢丝绳振动原因,提出了基于机器视觉的钢丝绳振动检测方法,介绍了图像采集模块、信息通信模块和软件控制模块等。搭建钢丝绳振动检测试验平台进行实验,结果表明,采用机器视觉检测的结果误差小,检测精度高,误判率小于或等于0.42%,取得了满意的实验结果。In view of the mine shaft wire rope vibration caused by cage running stability,tension mutation easy fracture,this paper on the basis of analyzing the structure of the wire rope,studied the vibration reason of elevator wire rope vibration detection method based on the machine vision,introduced the image acquisition module,information communication module and software control module,etc.The wire rope vibration detection test platform was built for the experiment,the results show that the use of machine vision detection results in small error,high detection accuracy,false judgement rate is less than or equal to 0.42%,and satisfactory experimental results have been achieved.
