摘　　要：某厂连铸机大包和中包称重系统采用西门子S7-400系统PLC,其中,大包和中包均有称重检测,大包采用申克传感器,通过SIWAREX_U称重模块将MV信号转换为数字质量进行显示控制。由于质量成本要求,大包质量需定期标定,以保证大包称重的准确性。原先设计的大包质量标定需要使用笔记本称重软件到现场标定,由于标定地点具有一定危险性,标定周期缩短,迫切需要改变当前的作业情况。针对以上问题,本文开发了HMI对SIWAREX_U称重模块远程校秤,解决了大包的作业环境和安全隐患问题。Continuous the weighing system of ladle and ladle of a continuous casting machine in a factory uses Siemens S7-300 system PLC,in which the bale and middle bale have weighing detection,the bale using Schenker sensor,through the SIWAREX_U weighing module will be converted to MV signal to digital quality for display and control.Due to quality cost requirements,the bale mass needs to be calibrated periodically to ensure the accuracy of the bale weighing.The original design of large package quality calibration requires the use of laptop weighing software to calibrate at the site,which urgently requires a change in the current operation due to the hazardous nature of the calibration location and the shortened calibration cycle.This paper addresses the above problems and develops HMI to SIWAREX_U weighing module remote calibration,which solves the problem of operating environment and safety hazards of large bales.
