摘　　要：印度配网公司的SAIFI/SAIDI数据大部分由人为计算得出,效率低且数据不准,将其应用于指导配电网的管理,效果并不理想。因此,掌握并得到精确的SAIFI/SAIDI数据对于印度配网公司的管理和发展至关重要。本文根据实施的配网实时数据采集系统,提出了3种判断停电类型的逻辑方法,通过采集变电站的数据,并接入配网公司第三方IT系统的线路用户数据,可准确、自动地计算配网的SAIFI/SAIDI数据。SAIFI/SAIDI data in Indian distribution companies is mostly calculated manually,resulting in low efficiency and inaccurate data.Using such data for guiding the management of the distribution network,and it doesn′t work well.Therefore,it is crucial for Indian distribution companies to have accurate and reliable SAIFI/SAIDI data for effective management and development.This paper proposes three logic methods for identifying outage types based on the implementation of a real-time data acquisition system in one distribution company.By collecting data from substations and integrating the feeder consumer number data from third-party IT systems,can automatically calculate accurate SAIFI/SAIDI data.
