摘  要:本文阐述了沧州机车车辆维修分公司重载铁路机车轮对无人检修工艺线的改造方案,以实现降低工人的劳动强度和安全风险,提高铁路机车轮对的检修效率。该方案将实现机车轮对检修线的无人化建设,加快机车检修精益化、智能化、数字化管理进程,释放机车轮对生产线上因设备所限而设置的岗位,将人力资源向任务更为紧张的基地其他岗位转移,提升基地人力资源利用效率。本文同时描述了新增设备及改造布局,为后续设计提供参考。This paper elaborates on the renovation plan of the unmanned maintenance process line for heavy-duty railway locomotive wheelsets at Cangzhou Locomotive and Rolling Stock Maintenance Branch,in order to reduce labor intensity and safety risks for workers,and improve the maintenance efficiency of railway locomotive wheelsets.This plan will achieve unmanned construction of locomotive wheel set maintenance lines,accelerate the process of lean,intelligent,and digital management of locomotive maintenance,release the positions set up on the locomotive wheel set production line due to equipment limitations,transfer human resources to other positions in the base with more urgent tasks,and improve the efficiency of human resource utilization in the base.This paper also describes the new equipment and renovation layout,providing reference for subsequent design.
