浅析柳氏民居的历史价值与保护开发

摘　　要：柳氏民居位于山西省沁水县西文兴村,是一座以氏族文化为特征的古民居,也是全国重点文物保护单位。现代社会人们物质追求与精神追求的不断冲突使得柳氏民居在开发过程中遭遇了部分损毁,同时还存在保护资金短缺、周边基础设施老化等问题。对此,应在保护的基础上择优开发,充分挖掘柳氏民居的历史价值。Located in Xiwenxing Village,Qinshui County,Shanxi Province,Liu’s residence is an ancient residence characterized by clan culture and is also a key cultural relic protection unit in the country.Due to the continuous conflict between people’s material and spiritual pursuits,Liu’s residential buildings have suffered partial damage in the development process,coupled with the shortage of protection funds and the serious aging of surrounding infrastructure.It is necessary to develop the Liu’s residence based on the protection,and fully tap the historical and cultural value of the Liu’s residence.
