摘　　要：以一例由抑郁症引发的自伤危机事件为例,阐述了危机的发生和干预的过程,提出构建基于心理急救的大学生危机干预快速反应机制的关键要素。指出提高心理危机干预者的工作胜任力,加强各类人员的立体化协作,建立长效的预防体系是提升干预成效的有效路径。Taking a case of self-injury crisis caused by depression as an example,this paper expounds the process of crisis occurrence and intervention,explores the key elements of constructing a rapid response mechanism for college students’crisis intervention based on psychological first aid,and finally proposes the effective paths to enhance the effectiveness of intervention,including improving the competence of psychological crisis interventionists,strengthening the three-dimensional collaboration of various personnel and establishing a long-term prevention system.
