碎焊丝+摆动埋弧焊接技术研究及PCTC船的应用

摘  要:介绍了大间隙坡口碎焊丝+摆动埋弧焊的焊接方法在PCTC船甲板搭载焊接中的工艺技术研究及应用。通过对碎焊丝+摆动埋弧焊的碎焊丝铺设厚度、装配大间隙进行打底封焊和盖面的焊接工艺进行试验及研究,从工艺性能及力学性能方面进行探讨。结果表明,在采用合理的焊接工艺条件下,此工艺的焊接性能良好,焊接接头力学性能等亦能满足船级规范要求。与传统FCAW+SAW的焊接方法进行对比可知,此工艺的整体焊接效率提高了55%,且焊接质量稳定。The technology research and application of the welding method of large gap groove broken wire+swing submerged arc welding in the deck carrying welding of PCTC ship were introduced.Based on the test and research of the thickness of the broken wire and the large gap between the assembly of the broken wire and the welding process of the cover,the process and mechanical properties of the broken wire+swing submerged arc welding are discussed.The results show that the welding performance of the welding process is good and the mechanical properties of the welded joint can meet the requirements of the ship class specification under reasonable welding process conditions.Compared with the traditional FCAW+SAW welding method,the overall welding efficiency of this process is increased by 55%,and the welding quality is stable.
