摘　　要：千叶轮是一种涂附磨具,主要用于各种不锈钢、陶瓷、木材、石材等材料的研磨抛光。本文设计了一款基于PLC的千叶轮捆扎机控制系统,解决千叶轮在打包过程中效率低、自动化程度低等问题。该系统应用了全自动打包机的原理,在千叶轮旋转的同时利用夹紧机构对千叶轮进行压紧,使得砂布轮页片朝一个方向的弯曲定型,其被扎紧以后再使用打包机构打包扎带。上述过程实现了自动化取代人工打包操作,提高了生产效率、减轻劳动强度、提高包装质量、降低人力成本。The impeller is a coated abrasive tool,mainly used for grinding and polishing various stainless steel,ceramics,wood,stone and other materials.In this paper,a PLC based control system is designed to solve the problems of low efficiency and low automation in the packing process.The system applies the principle of automatic baling machine.When the impeller rotates,the clamping mechanism is used to press the impeller,so that the blade of the emery cloth wheel bends and deforms in one direction.After it is fastened,the packing mechanism is used to make the wrapping belt.The above process realizes the automatic replacement of manual packaging operation,improves production efficiency,reduces labor intensity,improves packaging quality,and reduces labor costs.
