摘 要:文章从模糊控制原理分析入手,阐述了电气节能模糊控制器的设计流程,并从带式输送机电气节能控制方案设计、控制系统结构设计两个方面展开了煤矿带式输送机电气节能控制系统的设计探讨,之后进行了电气节能理论数据计算,分析了电气节能改造前后带式输送机的节能效果及机械磨损度情况,得出了电气节能技术在煤矿带式输送机节能降耗方面具有较高应用价值的结论,旨在为煤矿企业改造带式输送机设备提供参照。This paper starts with the analysis of fuzzy control principle,expounds the design process of the fuzzy controller for electrical energy saving,and discusses the design of the electrical energy saving control system of the belt conveyor in coal mine from two aspects:the design of the electrical energy saving control scheme and the structure design of the control system.This paper analyzes the energy saving effect and mechanical wear of belt conveyor before and after electrical energy saving transformation,and draws the conclusion that electrical energy saving technology has high application value in energy saving and consumption reduction of belt conveyor in coal mine,aiming to provide reference for coal mine enterprises to transform belt conveyor equipment.
