小庄矿井大断面回采巷道支护参数研究及防治措施

摘  要:为了有效控制大断面巷道围岩变形量,以小庄矿井40207工作面胶运顺槽作为研究对象,采用理论分析和现场监测的方法对大断面巷道松动圈和支护参数开展研究,预得到大断面松动圈范围以及胶运顺槽合理支护参数,提高巷道稳定性。研究表明,小庄矿井4煤40207工作面胶运顺槽顶板、两帮松动圈范围最大值分别为1.4 m和1.12 m,基于理论计算得到了胶运顺槽支护参数,并通过现场监测发现围岩最大变形量为141mm,满足现场生产要求;针对小庄矿井现场生产情况提出了巷道变形防治措施。In order to effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock in large section roadway,taking the glue transport crossheading of 40207 working face in Xiaozhuang Mine as the research object,the loose circle and support parameters of large section roadway are studied by theoretical analysis and field monitoring,and the range of loose circle of large section and reasonable support parameters of glue transport crossheading are obtained in advance to improve the stability of roadway.The research shows that the maximum range of the roof and the loose circle of the two sides of the 40207 working face of No.4 coal seam in Xiaozhuang Mine is 1.4 m and 1.12 m respectively.Based on the theoretical calculation,the support parameters of the glue transport crossheading are obtained,and the maximum deformation of the surrounding rock is found to be 141 mm through field monitoring,which meets the requirements of field production.According to the field production situation of Xiaozhuang Mine,the prevention and control measures of roadway deformation are put forward.
