摘  要:本课题主要攻克陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带的辐射加工工艺,将完成陶瓷化硅橡胶的制备工艺研究、陶瓷化硅橡胶-云母带-自粘性硅橡胶的复合工艺的研究、陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带的辐照交联工艺的研究。确立陶瓷化硅橡胶的成瓷理论,建立化学组成-陶瓷化结构-性能关系,掌握高品质陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带的制备工艺。This topic mainly overcome the radiation processing technology of ceramic silicone rubber composite belt,will complete the preparation process of ceramic silicone rubber,ceramic silicone rubber-mica tape-self-adhesive silicone rubber composite process research,ceramic silicone rubber composite belt radiation crosslinking process research.The ceramic forming theory of ceramicized silicone rubber was established,the relationship between chemical composition,ceramicized structure and property was established,and the preparation process of high quality ceramicized silicone rubber composite strip was mastered.
