摘　　要：本文论述了一种集成电路包装管聚乙烯异型材的导轨挤出流道,应用Moldex3D有限元分析软件模拟PVC熔体在流道内的流动规律,获得流道内部的速度情况和温度情况。研究表明,所设计的包装管聚乙烯异型材导轨挤出流道对该聚合物熔体从流率分布、温度分布,未看出太明显的缺陷,对速度和温度的影响基本一致。最后我们通过试制模具验证了一种集成电路包装管PVC异型材挤出流道设计具有一定的合理性。This article discusses a guide rail extrusion channel for polyethylene profiles in integrated circuit packaging tubes.Moldex3D finite element analysis software is used to simulate the flow pattern of PVC melt in the channel,and the velocity and temperature inside the channel are obtained.The research shows that the designed extrusion channel of polyethylene profile guide for packaging pipe has no obvious defects on the flow rate distribution and temperature distribution of the polymer melt,and has basically the same effect on speed and temperature.Finally,we validated the rationality of a design for the extrusion channel of PVC profiles for integrated circuit packaging tubes through trial production of molds.
