摘 要:通过对四六线制直流道岔[1]的应用场景和原理研究,本文介绍了一种模拟直流道岔的实现方法。本方法利用强制导向安全继电器的特性,通过继电器的触点来模拟直流道岔的开闭器;基于FPGA进行逻辑设计,将直流道岔的状态通过FPGA状态机[2]来实现,将外部的条件或模拟手摇道岔的信号作为状态间转换的条件,最终由状态机输出控制继电器,实现道岔的位置切换;转辙机的线圈通过负载模块模拟实现,预留的接口可以连接电子负载,满足负载的变化需求。通过硬件PCBA[3]实现模拟直流道岔,通过预留接口使各种复杂的道岔连接更加方便快捷。Through the study of the application scenario and principle of the four-six-wire DC switch[1],this paper introduces a realization method of simulating the DC point machine.The method uses the characteristics of the forced guide safety relay,and simulates the switchgear of the DC switch through the contact of the relay.Based on FPGA logic design,the status of DC switches is realized by FPGA state machine[2].External conditions or signals of simulated hand-operated switches are taken as the conditions for switching between states.Finally,the state machine outputs control relays to realize switch positions of switches.The coil of the switch machine is simulated by the load module,and the reserved interface can connect the electronic load to meet the changing requirements of the load.The hardware PCBA[3]is used to simulate DC switches,and the reserved interface makes the connection of various complex switches more convenient and efficient.
