摘 要:随着国内大型飞机等装备需求数量持续攀升,涵盖电缆等飞机各系统的机头模块化程度越来越高,最大程度缩短飞机系统总装等零部件的制造周期,飞机电缆导通及绝缘性能检测是机头模块化装配过程中的一项重要工作,目前手工检测方式的生产能力与装备需求能力不相匹配,制约了大型飞机的高质量、准时化、批量化生产。针对机头电缆自动化测试开展技术研究,对机头电缆测试方法进行了改进分析,提出了基于LRU测试方法的电缆自动化测试技术及具体实施方案,为后续机头高质量、高效率模块化装配提出了解决思路及措施,并为建设更高水平的轻量化、集成化、智能化电缆测试能力做出探索。As the number of domestic large aircraft and other equipment demand continues to rise,the modular degree of the nose including cable and other aircraft systems is getting higher and higher,which minimizes the manufacturing cycle of the aircraft system assembly and other parts.The aircraft cable connectivity and insulation performance detection is an important work in the modular assembly process of the nose.At present,the production capacity and equipment demand capacity of the manual detection method the mismatch restricts the high quality,on-time and mass production of large aircraft.Research on the technology of nose cable automatic test was carried out,the test method of nose cable was improved and analyzed,and the cable automatic test technology and specific implementation scheme based on LRU test method were proposed.Solutions and measures were put forward for the following high-quality and efficient modular assembly of nose,and for the construction of a higher level of lightweight,integrated and intelligent cable test capability out to explore.
