摘 要:为了研究不同压实方法成型水泥稳定再生混凝土集料的性能,文章采用垂直振动法和静压法成型试件,研究了垂直振动法与路面芯样的相关性,对比研究两种方法设计的水泥稳定再生混凝土集料的力学性能。结果表明:振动法试件与芯样的力学强度相关性超90%,证明了振动法模拟实际施工程度较高;相比于静压法,振动法成型试件的力学强度至少提高30%;随着再生混凝土集料掺量的增大,混合料力学强度先增大后减小。In order to investigate the performance of aggregates in cement stabilized recycled concrete formed by different compaction methods,this study used vertical vibration and static pressure methods to form specimens.The correlation between the vertical vibration method and the core sample of the pavement was studied,and the mechanical properties of cement stabilized recycled concrete aggregates designed using the two methods were compared.The results showed that the mechanical strength of vibration method specimens and core samples had a correlation of over 90%,which proved that the vibration method simulated the actual construction to a higher degree.Compared with the static pressure method,the mechanical strength of the vibration method-formed specimens increased by at least 30%.With the increase in the amount of recycled concrete aggregates,the mechanical strength of the mixture increased first and then decreased.
