摘 要:针对硅橡胶复合绝缘子在直流输变电工程中的应用,参考IEC 60587和GB/T 6553规定的实验方法,研究了直流斜面法下硅橡胶绝缘材料的漏电起痕现象。通过分析电压大小、作用时间和污液滴速等相关参数对材料蚀损深度的影响,给出了建议的直流漏电起痕试验参数为:试验电压4~5 kV,试验污液滴速0.3 mL/min~0.6 mL/min。同时分析了电弧热分解作用下试样烧蚀区域的化学官能团变化,明确了硅橡胶基体由有机硅向无机硅转化的趋势。In view of the application of silicone rubber composite insulators in DC power transmission and transformation engineering,the phenomenon of tracking and erosion of silicone rubber insulating materials under DC inclined plane method was studied by referring to the experimental methods specified in IEC 60587 and GB/T 6553.By analyzing the influence of voltage,duration time and contaminated droplet velocity on material erosion depth,the suggested test parameters for DC tracking and erosion are given as follows:test voltage 4~5 kV,test droplet velocity 0.3 mL/min~0.6 mL/min.At the same time,the change of chemical functional groups in the ablative region of the sample under the action of arc thermal decomposition was analyzed,and the conversion trend of silicone rubber matrix from organosilicon to inorganic silicon was confirmed.
