摘 要:本文首先概述了邻线闭锁式电流保护的设计思路,随后基于双端故障的方向纵联保护原理,设计了一种含方向纵联的邻线闭锁式配电网电流保护配置方案。该方案中采用光纤通道传输电气信息,在比较双端信息的基础上实现对故障的准确定位。在确定故障后,及时切断故障所在线路,然后立即重合闸让配电网恢复正常运行。使用Matlab仿真软件对该方案进行了仿真验证,结果表明断路器能准确、快速的将人为设定的故障切除,在0.6 s后完成重合闸,该保护方案具有可行性。In this paper,the design idea of adjacent line latching current protection is first outlined.Then,based on the principle of directional longitudinal protection of double-ended faults,a current protection configuration scheme of adjacent line latching distribution network with directional longitudinal connection is designed.In this scheme,optical fiber channel is used to transmit electrical information,and the fault is accurately located on the basis of comparing the two-terminal information.After determining the fault,cut off the fault line in time,and then immediately re-close the distribution network to restore normal operation.Matlab simulation software is used to verify the scheme.The results show that the circuit breaker can remove the artificial fault accurately and quickly,and complete the reclosing after 0.6 s.The protection scheme is feasible.
