摘  要:城镇中低压配电网建设规模庞大、运行环节复杂,中低压配电网的建设与改造是保障电网运行质量、推进电力事业开展的重要任务。文章简述目前中低压配电网通信系统存在的问题,梳理配电网建设中常用的计算机通信技术,指出计算机通信技术应用与中低压配电网中需要遵循的可靠性、经济性、兼容性和实时性原则,并基于EPON技术为中低压配电网自动化计算机通信系统构建提出设计方法,进行硬件设备选型、光通道损耗估算、冗余保护和扩容设计,以期推动中低压配电网的建设和发展。The construction scale of urban medium and low voltage distribution network is huge,the operation of complex links,the construction and transformation of medium and low voltage distribution network is an important task to ensure the quality of power grid operation and promote the development of electric power industry.This paper describes briefly the problems existing in the communication system of medium and low voltage distribution network,summarizes the computer communication technology to be used commonly in the construction of distribution network,and points out the reliability,economy,compatibility and real-time principles that should be followed in the application of computer communication technology and medium and low voltage distribution network.Based on EPON technology,a design method is proposed for the construction of automatic computer communication system of medium and low voltage distribution network,and the hardware equipment selection,optical channel loss estimation,redundancy protection and expansion design are carried out,in order to promote the construction and development of medium and low voltage distribution network.
