以信息服务为导向的高校档案网站建设模式研究——基于教育部直属高校网站信息服务现状的调查为例

摘　　要：档案网站是高校利用互联网开展档案信息服务的窗口和枢纽。运用网络调查法、访谈法对我国教育部直属高校档案网站信息服务现状进行调查研究,从网站建设基本情况、网页布局和栏目设计、网站基本信息服务功能、网站检索系统、个性化信息服务功能、用户互动交流服务等几方面分析我国高校档案网站建设中存在的问题。在总体设计的基础上,根据网站系统平台建设的相关理论,搭建包括支撑环境层、基础数据和信息系统层、处理层、服务层和用户层的高校档案网站系统平台架构,提出以信息服务为导向的我国高校档案网站构建模式。The archival website is the window and hub for universities to use the Internet to develop archival information services.Use the network survey method and interview method to investigate and study the current situation of the information service of the archival websites of colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Education,from the basic situation of website construction,page layout and column design,basic information service functions of the website,website retrieval system,personalized information service functions,users interactive communication services and other aspects analyze the problems existing in the construction of college archival website in our country.On the basis of the overall design,according to the relevant theories of website system platform construction,the establishment includes the supporting environment layer,basic data and information system layer,processing layer,service layer and users.The hierarchical university archival website system platform framework puts forward an information service-oriented construction mode of university archival websites in our country.
