摘　　要：要全面贯彻网络强国战略,把数字技术广泛用于政务服务、国企管理等各个方面,推动国企数字化转型、智能化改造,从中央到地方,都把国企“数改智转”作为推动高质量发展的重要措施。以南京旅游集团为例,集团承担“重大旅游项目开发主体、重要旅游资源整合整体、新兴旅游业态引领主体”的重任,如何发挥档案在服务集团高质量发展中的作用,就是通过建设基于数据驱动的档案基础业务智慧化服务平台,提高用数据服务、用数据治理、用数据决策、用数据创新的能力,为推旅游集团高质量发展提供有力支撑和保障。We should implement fully the strategy of network power,apply widely the digital technology to government services,state-owned enterprise management and other aspects,promote the digitalized transformation and intelligentized transformation of state-owned enterprises,and take the"digitalized transformation and intelligent ized transformation"of state-owned enterprises as an important measure to promote high-quality development from the central to the local.Taking Nanjing Tourism Group as an example,the group is responsible for the development of major tourism projects,the integration of important tourism resources,and the leading role of emerging tourism formats.How to play a role of archives in serving the high-quality development of the group is to improve the ability to use data services,governance,decision-making,and innovation through the construction of a data-driven intelligentized service platform for archival basic business,To provide the strong support and guarantee for the high-quality development of tourism groups.
