摘 要:开关磁阻电机(SRM)的电磁具有明显的非线性特征,传统异步电机的计算公式无法适用于开关磁阻电机的磁通,针对此问题提出了一种磁通快速计算方法。该方法以磁路模型为基础,同时考虑了磁路饱和及相间互感对磁通分布的影响。首先,通过求解磁路方程组,求得铁心各分段中的磁通、磁阻,进而求得磁链特性曲线。然后,分析了齿轭比参数对饱和特性及互感特性的影响,推导出轭部铁心先于齿部饱和的齿轭比临界值表达式。最后,以一台12/10结构的六相SRM为样机,将计算结果与有限元仿真结果进行对比,验证了方法的准确性。该方法降低了初期设计和分析过程中对有限元法和实验测量的依赖,有效提高了计算速度,减少了仿真成本。The electromagnetism of switched reluctance motors(SRM)has obvious nonlinear characteristics,and the calculation formula of traditional induction motors cannot be applied to the flux of SRM.To solve the problem,this paper proposes a fast calculation method of flux,which is based on the magnetic circuit model and considers the influence of magnetic circuit saturation and mutual coupling on the flux distribution.First,by solving the magnetic circuit equations,the values of flux and magneto-resistance in each segment of the iron core are obtained,and the magnetic linkage characteristic curve is obtained.Then,the influence of the ratio value of pole width to yoke thickness on saturation characteristics and mutual inductance characteristics is also analyzed,and the expression of the critical ratio value of pole width to yoke thickness is derived when the yoke iron core is saturated before the poles.Finally,a six-phase SRM with 12/10 structure is taken as a prototype,and the calculated results are compared with the finite element simulation results to verify the accuracy of the proposed method.This method reduces the dependence on finite element methods and experimental measurements in the initial design and analysis of SRM,effectively improving the calculation speed and reducing the simulation cost.
