摘 要:随着21世纪信息化时代的到来,人们对时尚的追求不再满足于单一的程式化,而是希望能融合自身特征的个性化。文章从数字化制版的概念入手,通过在数字化制版中设置关键点,对样版外轮廓进行拟合,并以衬衫样版前袖笼弧线点为例,对设置关键点的数字化制版与传统手工制版进行叠加比较,以及两个版型与原始版进行叠加比较。对比发现,设置关键点的数字化制版拟合的曲线更贴合人体体型,可以提高制版的精准度,增加服装的舒适性,以期研究结果能够促进服装行业的发展,为服装企业制版提供新的思路。With the arrival of the information age in the 2lst century,people are no longer satisfied with a single stylization in the pursuit of fashion,but rather hope to integrate their own personal characteristics.The article starts with the concept of digital plate making,and matches the outer contour of the sample plates by setting key points in digital plate making.Taking the arc point of the front sleeve cage of the shirt sample plate as an example,the digital plate making with key points is compared in a superimposing manner with traditional manual plate making,and the two types are compared in a superimposing manner with the original version.By comparison,it is found that the curve ftted by digital plate making with key points is more in line with the human body shape,which can improve the accuracy of plate making and increase the comfort of clothing.The research results of this article are expected to promote the development of the clothing industry and provide new ideas for clothing enterprise plate making.
