摘　　要：目的探讨自制开窗式透明管道辅助微创双切口手术治疗腕管综合征的临床效果。方法2019年6月-2021年7月,经自制开窗式透明管道辅助微创双切口治疗腕管综合征29例,并采用功能状态量表(BCTQ-FS)和症状严重程度量表(BCTQ-SS)评价临床效果。结果所有患者手术操作均在30 min内完成,出血量约3.0 mL,术中无神经、血管及肌腱损伤。29例均获随访,随访时间6~12个月,BCTQ-FS评分、BCTQ-SS评分均显著降低(P<0.05)。1例因神经卡压时间过长,出现大鱼际肌萎缩,导致术后肌肉萎缩改善不明显。末次随访临床疗效评定为优26例,良2例,可1例,优良率为96.6%。结论自制开窗式透明管道辅助微创双切口手术治疗腕管综合征,具有创伤小、效果显著等优点。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of minimally invasive double-incision surgery assisted by self-made open window transparent pipe in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome.Methods From June 2019 to July 2021,29 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome were treated with minimally invasive double incision assisted by self-made transparent open window tube in our department.The clinical effect was evaluated by functional status scale(BCTQ-FS)and symptom severity scale(BCTQ-SS).Results All the operations were completed within 30 minutes,and the blood loss was about 3.0 mL.There was no injury of nerves,blood vessels and tendons during the operation.All 29 patients were followed up,and the BCTQ-FS score and BCTQ-SS score were significantly decreased during the follow-up period of 6-12 months(P<0.05).One case had atrophy of large and small thenar muscles due to long time of nerve entrapment,resulting in no obvious improvement of muscle atrophy after operation.At the last follow-up,the clinical efficacy was excellent in 26 cases,good in 2 cases and fair in 1 case,with an excellent and good rate of 96.6%.Conclusion The self-made open window transparent pipe assisted minimally invasive double incision surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome has the advantages of less trauma and significant effect.
