2005-2020年南沙新区建设用地时空演变及结构分析

摘　　要：南沙新区是国家级新区,承担着重要的经济发展任务,开展新区建设用地时空分布特征分析,对全面掌握新区建设用地信息、制定科学规划战略等有着重要作用。本文基于高分辨率遥感影像,结合POI等专题数据,获取2005—2020年连续年份的建设用地数据,利用建设用地扩展指数与空间分析方法,揭示了研究区建设用地的时空变化特征及新增建设用地亚类变化情况。结果显示:1)研究区建设用地规模呈上升趋势,受政策利好影响,部分年份增速加快,尤其2019年后,新增建设用地面积、扩展强度和扩展速度明显加快;2)重心轨迹为“‘东南—西北’”点向东南方向移动,空间分布呈“分散—聚拢—分散—聚拢”的波动发展趋势。3)扩展模式以外延式为主,填充式比重逐渐增加。4)新增建设用地的类型结构中,以交通设施用地和住宅用地为主,占总新增面积的59%,工矿用地在个别年份有突出增长,商业设施用地和公共设施用地在2020年明显快速新增。Nansha New Area as a national new area takes the important strategic tasks of economic development.Carrying out the anal-ysis of the characteristics of spatial and temporal distribution in the construction land of the new area plays an important role in compre-hensively grasping the information of the construction land of the new area and formulating a scientific planning strategy.This article based on high-resolution remote sensing images,combined with special data such as POI,obtains the construction land data of con-secutive years from 2005 to 2020.Using the construction land expansion index and spatial analysis method,it reveals the characteris-tics of the spatial and temporal changes in the construction land of the research area and changes in new construction land.The results show that(1)The scale of construction land in the research area shows an upward trend and affected by the favorable policies.In par-ticular,the growth rate of some years has accelerated.Especially after 2019,the area,extension intensity and expansion speed of new construction land are significantly accelerated;(2)the center of gravity trajectory move towards the southeast direction of“Southeast-Northwest”,and the spatial distribution shows the fluctuation development trend of“Diffusion-Aggregation-Diffusion-Aggregation”.(3)Extension of the extension mode is mainly due to extension,and the proportion of filling forms gradually increases.(4)In the type structure of new construction land,the main land and residential land for transportation facilities are mainly added,accounting for 59%of the total new area.Industrial and mining land has increased in individual years,and commercial facilities and public facilities are significantly increased quickly in 2020.
