摘 要:数字城市发展建设对城市三维模型的生产和更新提出了新的要求。传统建模方法作业周期长,时效性较差。本文以无人机倾斜摄影测量为基础,详细阐述了外业航摄和内业建模流程,利用某城市厂区进行实例研究,构建测区三维实景模型,从建筑物特征点和特征边中误差对建模成果进行精度分析,结果表明:模型平面坐标中误差为0.01628 m,建筑物特征边边长中误差为0.0527 m,满足数字城市三维模型生产和更新要求,验证了利用无人机倾斜摄影测量技术,能够实现城市三维模型的快速生产更新,在保证模型质量满足规范要求的同时,大大提升了作业效率。The development and construction of digital cities put forward new requirements for the production and update of the city’s 3D models.Traditional modeling methods have a long operation cycle and poor timeliness.This paper introduces filed photographing and indoor modeling process,uses a certain city factory area to conduct a case study,constructs a three-dimensional real-world model of the survey area,and analyzes the accuracy of the modeling results from the error in the feature points and feature edges of the build-ing.The results show that the mean square error in the planimetric coordinates of the model is 0.01628 m,with an mean square error of 0.0527m in the length of the characteristic side of the building,which meets the requirements for the production and update of the 3D model of the digital city.While meeting the requirements of the specification,the work efficiency is greatly improved.
