左西孟旦对射血分数降低心力衰竭患者心肾功能及心室重塑的影响

摘　　要：目的研究左西孟旦对射血分数降低心力衰竭(HFrEF)患者心肾功能及心室重塑的影响。方法选取我院收治的98例HFrEF患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组于对照组基础上加用左西孟旦。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)小于对照组,左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,N端脑钠肽激素原(NT-proBNP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、舒张期室间隔厚度(IVST)、左室心肌重量指数(LVMI)小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左西孟旦治疗HFrEF患者的不良反应少,可改善心肾功能、抑制心室重塑。Objective To study the effects of levosimendan on cardiorenal function and ventricular remodeling in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(HFrEF).Methods Ninety-eight patients with HFrEF admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received levosimendan on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that of the control group,and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT),interventricular septum thickness(IVST)and left ventricular mass index(LVMI)in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levosimendan has few adverse reactions in the treatment of patients with HFrEF,which can improve cardiorenal function and inhibit ventricular remodeling.
