摘　　要：目的探讨自拟方平肝活血散治疗缺血性中风急性期风痰瘀阻证的临床效果。方法选取安康市中医医院2020年1月至2021年12月收治的160例缺血性中风急性期风痰瘀阻证患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。所有患者均给予常规治疗,观察组在上述基础上联合自拟方平肝活血散治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的中医证候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的Barthel指数、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论自拟方平肝活血散治疗缺血性中风急性期风痰瘀阻证患者的临床效果显著,可明显减轻临床症状,促进神经功能恢复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Pinggan Huoxue powder in the treatment of acute phase ischemic stroke with wind phlegm stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 160 acute phase ischemic stroke with wind phlegm stasis syndrome admitted in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Ankang from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 80 cases in each group.All patients were given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with self-made Pinggan Huoxue powder on the basis of the above.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Barthel Index and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of homocysteine(Hcy),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)and platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-made Pinggan Huoxue powder in the treatment of acute phase ischemic stroke patients with wind phlegm stasis syndrome has a significant clinical effect,it can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of neurological function.
